| I have found a small lump like a lemon pit on my breast but it is quite close to the nipple I am prone to sweats lumps under my arms but what do I do about this should I worry? Arent I too young for breast cancer? |

Is the lump ON your breast, or IN your breast? Because if it is ON your breast it probably isn't breast cancer. Nonetheless, if it really worries you, you should get it checked by your drs. Breast tissue isn't always smooth, and most women do have bumps in their breasts, but the trick is to do periodical breast exams; that way you become familiar with the texture of your breasts.
