## What PinkRibbon funds

PinkRibbon funds scientific research and supports prevention programmes. It
does NOT provide screening, treatment, or clinical services itself — it funds
the science and the partners who do. Research is funded across the
"valley of death" gap (Technology Readiness Levels 3–5), where promising
discoveries usually stall for lack of money.
