PinkRibbon reserves sole discretion regarding the handling, investigation, and resolution of reports.

If submitting a report regarding pinkwashing, unauthorized use of the PinkRibbon logo, trademark infringement, or false affiliation claims, you acknowledge that PinkRibbon may pursue enforcement actions at its discretion, submission does not entitle you to legal standing, and PinkRibbon may decline to act based on legal assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinkRibbon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Reporting System. PinkRibbon makes no guarantees regarding investigation timelines or outcomes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York.
PinkRibbon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Reporting System after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
